THE BEST GIFT IN THE WORLDI have been in the business for so many years that it is hard to recall all the gifts I have given to my clients and customers. However, there is one gift that I have given more often than any other and it always goes over really well. It has come down to the point that it is the only gift that I give now, to those who buy a house from me.FAMOUS TIFFANY GIFT BOX

After a closing, there is nothing more perfect than to hand that famous Tiffany Blue box to a new homeowner...and on more than one occasion, I have had a buyer tell me they have never had such a great gift!

Inside that perfect little Tiffany Blue box with the oversized white ribbon is a personalized sterling silver key ring, instructions engraved on the sterling tag, telling whomever found the lost key ring, to drop it into the nearest mailbox to be returned to Tiffany & Co. Tiffany then returns it to the person who owns it!

This is a great idea.  At first I was wondering who would want their address on their keys, but I see it is Tiffany's address.  Love it.

What a great idea, something that the new homeowners will actually use.

That's an awesome gift idea Paula.  Out here most of my clients wouldn't know who Tiffany was though -- heck I didn't until I lived in DC for awhile.  I guess my plastic keychain with the Mint Properties logo wouldn't cut it in the Hamptons.

What a terrific closing gift.  Unfortunately in Texas, we cannot give a gift that exceeds $50 in value.

Jackie: You won't be sorry---My buyers love it!

David--and they do use them...I have had a couple people in the city lose their keys---they always get them back.

Tni: I think as long as it serves a good purpose, people love them--so if it's not "Tiffany" them maybe another name or look but the idea is so right in a metropolitan area!

Lorrie: I love looking through all the things that Tiffany offers--I think they have added under $50.00 too...maybe something else. I think to those who know the Tiffany name and the box etc...there is a level of perceived value that makes my buyers feel good about the gift!
